1.1. An organization of Atletas.net and Câmara Municipal de Ílhavo performs to 7 April 2019 to Heliflex 3rd Ílhavo Half Marathon 2019.

2.1. Can Participate all the people who feel suitable for the practice of physical exercise;

2.2. You are prohibited from participating in any one of the proofs of the event of who is eventually covered by the period of suspension decreed by official agencies anti-doping or by the administration of Atletas.net, under Regulation to Combat Sports infractions in evidence of race of people.

3.1. Atletas.net is a company inclusive and encourages the participation of people with disabilities, physical or intellectual;

3.2. In the specific cases that require special care, the Organization advises that there may be a previous contact with at least one week in advance in relation to the date of the event, in the sense of being assured all the safety conditions for their participation;

The following is the general schedule of the event:

09:30AM - Race Of Pequenada (female) - 300 meters
09:35AM - Race Of Pequenada (male) - 300 meters
10:00AM - HALF MARATHON (21097 ft)
10:10AM - Mini Marathon (7 km) 10:10h - Walk (7km)
12:00AM - Awards Ceremony
12:30AM - Closure of official control of the event

5.1. The event will have all departures and arrivals in front of the building of Ílhavo Municipallity, in 7 april 2019;

5.2. The route of the main event has 21097 meters, measured by the Portuguese Federation of athletics, on asphalt and will be marked with signs, in particular those that indicate each kilometer;

5.3. The route of the Mini and Walk of 7 km is covered in asphalt;

5.4. For the half marathon and 7 km there will be electronic controls and video placed along the route;

5.5. The Kid´s Race (Corrida da Pequenada) is all done it on a path of tar, without competitive purposes, with a length of approximately 300 meters;

5.6. The Walk has not competitive purposes and has a length of approximately 7 km away.

6.1. In the race of Half Marathon and 7 km are considered the following age groups, calculated from the date of completion of the event;

Male and female
Juniors - 18 to 19 years
Under-23 - 20 to 22 years
Seniors - 23 to 34 years
V35 - 35 years 39 years
V40 - 40 to 44 years
V45 - 45 to 49 years
V50 - 50 to 54 years
V55 - 55 to 59 years
V60 - 60 to 64 years
V65 - 65 to 69 years
V70 - 70 to 74 years
V75 - 75 to 80 years
V80 - more than 80 years.

7.1. The Race of Pequenada is considered a demonstration event, not competitive and therefore not subject to age scaling;

7.2. The Race of Pequenada is intended for children from 4 to 10 years of age, each child may be accompanied by an adult at full proof, once that it is not competitive;

7.3. For safety reasons the Race of Pequenada is limited to 120 participants.

8.1. For a better organization of departure the athletes of the half marathon and 7 kilometers run in accordance with the indication given in the form of subscription of the times provided for completion of proof:

8.2. Half Marathon: - less than 1:25 p.m. (mandatory submission of proof of time obtained since 1 January 2016); B - between 1:25 and 1:50pm; C - more than 1:50h; 8.3. 7km D - less than 30 minutes; and - more than 30 minutes;

8.4. For the walk is reserved the starting sector F.

8.5. To be able from the block to the athletes will need to provide proof of your personal registration in the distance, obtained since 1 January 2016. The documents can be diplomas of participation or photo page from the official classification of the event in which they participated and stating your registration. The documents will be reviewed later and the athletes whose documents are not in accordance with these criteria will be forwarded automatically to the boot block C, without possibility of appeal or recourse.

9.1. The registrations are made in portal www.atletas.net is subject to the following rates of subscription:

9.2. On 6 April 2019 (Saturday) entries are made only a person with the secretariat of the event but the same will be conditional on the availability of vacancies, so that in this particular case the organization cannot ensure that the inscriptions in the secretariat may be possible to be performed;

9.3. All entries include the rate of VAT in Portugal;

9.4. The total limit of participants is initially fixed at three thousand participants, being that this total the Race of Pequenada will be limited to 120 registrations. However, with the proximity of the event and logistical reasons, the organization reserves the right to change the limit of participation initially stipulated;

9.5. No entries will be accepted by email or phone:

9.6. The inscriptions which have been paid up to 25 March 2019 shall have the ganglia customized with Printed Name of participant;

9.7. At the time of enrollment are sent by email references for payment (in the case of having been selected the payment method for ATM) which remains valid for a period of 3 days. After this term, and if the entries that have not been paid, will be deleted automatically by the system. In the event of not having received the automated email from the system it is advised to check the spam box;

10.1. After payment of the registration system automatically assigns the respective bib numbers;

10.2. Atletas.net, under its public standards of transparency, allows it to be consulted the list of entries, without sensitive data), geographical location of the enrolled and top teams, which can be done through the official website of the event; 10.3. The inscriptions can still be found in the area of each user of Atletas.net platform in the tab "My Subscriptions".

11.1. The changes of registration holder shall be accepted provided that made up to 25 March 2019, through the personal area of the user who made the inscriptions on the tab "CHANGES OF INSCRIPTIONS";

11.2. In the event of withdrawal from participation in the proof is only returned the money from registration, for reasons justified by a medical certificate, being deducted 0.60 € to the value of each entry, related to billing committees (ATM or credit card/Paypal), and the value is returned in the week after the completion of the event.

12.1. The race pack collection takes place in the following locations and times: Saturday, 6 April 2019, at the place of departure and arrival of the race, in the House of Culture of Ílhavo, from 10:00h to 12:30h and from 14:00h to 19:00h;

Sunday, 7 April 2019, at the place of departure and arrival, in the House of Culture of Ílhavo, from 8:30 to 09:30 hours. It is strongly advised to collect the race pack on the eve of the event, thus avoiding the undesirable always waiting queues. 

12.2. It is necessary the proof of registration which can be downloaded from the Personal Zone of Atletas.net on the My Subscriptions tab or alternatively upon presentation of a document of identification of the holder of the registration so that it is possible to lift the bib number and respective race kit. In the absence of these elements is not possible to get the bib number;

12.3. An athlete can raise several bib numbers provided that accompany proof of registration or alternatively copies of identification documents of the participants, in paper or electronic support (tablet or smartphone, for example).

13.1. Each one of the participants is required to use the dorsal placed the chest conspicuously, fixed at the ends by pins of lady, the latter provided for free by the organization;

13.2. People without ganglia placed at the breast will be invited by members of the organization or by police forces to abandon the path of proof, being them barred from access to the straight line of the goal;

13.3. The participating athletes from the Half Marathon and Mini Marathon 7 km are still obliged to use a timing chip inserted in the dorsal, cannot bend, kneading or tear the backbone that contains the device, under penalty of not being timed;

13.4. It is not compulsory to return the backbone or chip, getting these in the possession of the athlete;

13.5. The organization shall not be responsible for the misuse of the chip, which can lead to non-athlete classification;

13.6. In the back of the backbone must be completed by the participant medical information useful in case of accidents, in particular: Contact, allergies, medications, or other information deemed useful in case of emergency. It is strongly advised its completion.

14.1. The classifications of the Half Marathon and Mini Maratonde 7 km are known in real time and can be consulted on the terminals of consultation available in the tent Insys, along the goal;

14.2. The athletes who requested at the time of enrollment, you will receive a free sms with the time and individual classification so that the last athlete to cross the finish line;

14.3. The classifications will be available for online consultation on the portal Atletas.net 15 minutes after the closure of the verification of proof;

14.4. There will be classifications for all levels indicated in point 6 of this Regulation;

14.5. The control of times contains two and a half hours after the starting shot of the main evidence;

14.6. In the event of an athlete is not included in the classification may contact the organization through the form available on the page of the classifications of the event, in the footer of the listings, so that this can be rectified;

14.7. There will be classifications for teams in the proof of half marathon and Mini Marathon 7 km, this being ordered by the sum of the order of arrival of the general classification of the first four athletes from each team regardless of sex or age, beating the team that obtains a smaller number of points;

14.8. In the event of a tie in collective classification by the sum of points obtained, has lead the team who has the 4th athlete best classified(a) in the general classification.

15.1. In the races will be declassified all participants that:
(a) did not complete the entire journey;
b) deliberately obstruct the progression of other athletes;
c) Participate with bib numbers of other registered participants;
(d) participate with false bib numbers (copies of dorsal);
e) have anti-social behaviors in the course of the event, such as injuries, aggressions, xenophobic, racist, homophobic, etc.
f) Change enrollment data (e.g. incorrect date of birth that allow them to change age);
g) anti-doping control positive performed within the event referred to in this Regulation;

15.2. The athletes offenders, in addition to being disqualified from the evidence, will incur a penalty that can reach a suspension of 400 days, counted from the date of completion of the event, during which may not participate in any test organized by the Atletas.net;

15.3 The character and the period of suspension (if it is decreed by the administration of Atletas.net and communicated by email to athletes offenders in the week after the completion of proof, having these 7 days to appeal the decision.

16.1. The participants of the Half Marathon and Mini Marathon 7 km enjoy: - technical Shirt allusive to the event; - Medal allusive to the event; - backbone with chip; - Timing electronics on departure, arrival and course points; - digital Diploma of participation; - Video finish of the arrival to the goal; - Sports Insurance; - Facilities placed at the disposal of all participants, including showers in place to indicate in a timely manner;

16.2. The participants of the Kids Race enjoy: - Backbone; - Medal allusive to the event (reduced size); - Sports Insurance; - Facilities placed at the disposal of all participants, including showers in place to indicate in a timely manner;

16.3. The participants walk to enjoy: - technical Shirt allusive to the event; - Medal allusive to the event (reduced size); - Sports Insurance; - Facilities placed at the disposal of all participants, including showers in place to indicate in a timely manner;

16.4. In the protocol ceremony is scheduled for 11:45 hours of 7 April at the place of departure and arrival of proof;

16.5. The lack of attendance at the ceremony ceremonial implies the loss of any awards that the athlete will receive resulting from their participation in the event, maintaining however its classification;

16.6. The exception in the preceding paragraph applies to situations of force majeure duly justified, as for example health reasons;

16.7. The following is the list of monetary prizes;

Half Marathon

Mini Marathon 7 km

16.8. Under the tax law the athletes, in order to receive the values from the monetary awards will be required to submit to the Atletas.net, within a maximum period of one month after the completion of the proof, the respective isolated act or electronic receipt;

16.9. Athletes who cannot present isolated act or electronic receipt, shall, in accordance with the law, fill out a declaration of receipt of prize, which will be retained the value of 25% for tax purposes. Note that it is only in cases of non-presentation of electronic receipt or isolated act that this rule of retention of 25% of the value of the premium applies. In other cases the prize money is paid in full;

16.10. The prize money will be paid within a maximum period of one month after the race, by filling in the form of complaint of prizes that will be available at the official site of the event;

16.11. The date of lodgement of monetary prizes is 7 May 2019, after which the unclaimed winnings will be given by extinguished;

17.1. The organization has a sports insurance in favor of the participants (Articles 15 and 18 of Decree-Law no. 10/2009). The sporting insurance covers risks of death or permanent disability and treatment expenses listed in the respective policy;

17.2. All participants, without exception, must ensure that they are physically and psychologically able to participate in the proof in that fall.

18.1. The cancellation of the event can occur motivated by factors external to the organization: natural disasters, strikes, demonstrations, inability to use tracks of transit traffic, the impossibility of using telecommunications, government restrictions, etc;

18.2. If the event is canceled, anticipated, postponed or has been changing the schedules of evidence, due to circumstances beyond the control of the organization (such as, for example, adverse weather conditions or red alerts Civil Protection), the organization may not be held liable for any inconvenience, expenses, costs, loss or damage suffered by participants;

18.3. In case there is no technical conditions and/or security for completion of proof, the organization reserves the right to transfer or cancel the same measures, which will be made public until 24 hours after the beginning initially planned for the event.

To participate in the event, the holder of the registration or his designee of education (in the case of minors) authorizes the Organization, its sponsors and supporters of the event, which for free and unconditional can make use of the rights of use of your image, captured on video or picture, in the context of the completion of the event, permitting their reproduction for promotional purposes.

All the omitted cases in this Regulation shall be subject to determination by the direction of the event, whichever the regulatory rules of Portuguese Athletics Federation and the IAAF - International Association of Athletics Federation.
